Dear Grant,

Just a short but heart-felt thank you for restoring my "best friend" back to me. I find I can't live happily without my computer these days and when it lets me down, I am bereft! Your speedy attention to its problems, which are mine too, is so appreciated.

I can't believe you come round so promptly when I send out an SOS - or that I enjoy your visits so much. Do you ever sleep?

I hope your business continues to flourish. Though I confess that I would prefer to see you socially, rather than professionally, it's good to know that you are there to call on for the next sulky computer tantrum!

All the best and thanks again. Cath

Hi Grant,

Had an absolutely delighted call last evening from Pauline S., telling me of your visit and installation of NOD 32 as a result of Grace Computer's sponsorship of the SeniorNet Eastern Bays open day. She spoke very highly of you. (Pauline won a copy of NOD32 installed, at a recent Seniornet open day where Grant spoke)

Thank you again.

Christine Fleming, Chairman Eastern Bays, Auckland Seniornet

Dear Grant,

As you know, you were the fifth or sixth technician I had try to get our home business network up and running.  It’s been nearly two years of frustration and confusion, and you got it sorted in a couple of days!  Not only did you solve the technical issues efficiently but your approach is so friendly and straightforward it was a pleasure to have you in our home (and office).  I feel like I can ask you any technical issue and get an intelligent but comprehensible response.  The fact that you also sorted out the stupid situation with my phone was an unlooked for bonus.

I hope you derive great satisfaction from solving a problem that had really been plaguing me for such a long time.  But I want you to know that you have also given me peace of mind.  I have always imagined there was some knowledgeable person out there I could talk to about my IT issues, but until I met you, that always seemed like a pleasant fantasy.  Knowing I have someone to turn to when things go wrong makes such a difference.

Verity also sends her thanks because she was pretty sick of me stressing about the computers (and not being able to have her own internet and email access).  My son adds his gratitude as he no longer is getting mucked around with his online games.

So please accept the gratitude of my whole family and the best wishes for yours.

All the best

Thank you so much for helping me fix certain short-comings on my PC. You can be assured that I will be recommending friends and family & colleagues about the big advantage in engaging your services, particularly that one can now have all servicing done from one's own desk without requesting a call-out, or having to unplug everything and take the box to you. Rather, now we can have this all done via your 'Grace Live Support' done remotely 'online'.

Ever since Grant started me off with my first computer I have found that he will always, quickly and cheerfully answer all queries and quickly correct any problems that may develop.

Hello Grant,

I just wanted to write to thank you for getting my computer going again.

This is not the first time you have dropped everything to help me out. This time your generosity, patience and perseverance were tested to the limits and you excelled, surpassing even my high expectations of you.

As I remember it, we started work on it between 6pm and 7pm on Sunday night. Although we had to wait while certain things were loading, the bulk of the time was taken with your hands on work with software adjustments, update downloads, testing and retesting when my fickle beast behaved in unusual and unexpected ways. We snuck a couple of looks at the Olympics, watching Sarah Ulma winning gold etc, but what I witnessed was a true blue marathon right there in your office, finishing at 5am on Monday morning. Such dedication deserves recognition.

I wish all your customers could see and appreciate the frustrations and strange anomalies that you have to address when working on their computers. On many occasions I have seen you work on computers for many hours and charged far less than what it took you. This visit was another such occasion and words do not express just how much I appreciate it.

I can't sing the praises of Grace Computers enough and wish you nothing but the success you work so hard to achieve in your business.

Yours in deep gratitude,

Graham Tresidder, Te Kauwhata, NZ

During the latter part of the year 2000 I had business dealings with Grace Computers.

My contact with the company was through Grant Stevens. Mr. Stevens handled a difficult problem for me over a period of almost two months with tolerance, patience and professionalism. He did everything possible to solve the problem and kept me constantly informed of the progress he was making. The customer service provided by Grant Stevens was second to none and if this is an example of the service provided by Grace Computers, they have set a very high benchmark for other companies to follow.

I have no hesitation in recommending Grace Computers as "The" computer Company to deal with and for excellent service I suggest you ask for Grant Stevens.
